Current Service Policies
- Our staff continues to be stretched thin pulling large orders, loading/unloading trucks, sorting and placing stock, etc. So PLEASE CALL AHEAD with pickup orders! If you show up with a large material list for pickup without calling ahead be prepared for an extended wait as our workers usually have 4-5 orders prioritized ahead of any drive-in orders. Calling ahead to let us know you’ll be picking up prior placed orders is also appreciated so that we can have the orders front and center and ready for fast loading.
- Like many small businesses, we may need to quickly adapt our business due to COVID threats and change the way we do things. We may be forced to move staff around and have sales staff work remotely. If that becomes the case it is very important that you leave a detailed message when calling so that we can route the information to a salesperson and get back to you in a timely manner
- We also ask that that customers call ahead if they wish to speak in depth with any of our staff regarding material specs, quotes, obtaining samples, etc. as our staff if generally very busy with processing orders that have already been placed. Due to low staff on Saturdays we are not able to process a quote/material list from start to finish. Rather, we will gather your information and get back to you when staff levels return to normal. Any support information that can be texted/faxed/emailed ahead will be greatly appreciated.
